About

Trapped in a blizzard. Rescued by a stranger. Bound by a storm that’s just beginning.

When Lila crashes on a snowy mountain road, she's fleeing the ruins of a life that betrayed her. But the storm isn't the only danger waiting in Cedar Hollow. Cade Walker—silent, scarred, and devastatingly off-limits—hauls her from the wreckage and into the shelter of his cabin.

He doesn’t want her there. He doesn’t want anyone. But snowed in together with no way out, the fire between them ignites something fierce, forbidden... and impossible to ignore.

Both running from pain. Both drowning in secrets. But when the storm outside starts to mirror the one inside, desire becomes survival—and love becomes the most dangerous risk of all.

Stay With Me is the first in the Cedar Hollow Storms series: a sinfully intense, slow-burn romance about healing, heartbreak, and the kind of love that can either destroy you… or save you.

Praise for this book

A really good mountain man story. Lila has crashed her car while driving in a snow storm. Cade finds her and takes her back to his cabin. Cade has secluded himself after a car crash where his fiancée died. Lila is running from losing her boyfriend to her boss and her job. The storm forces them to confront their issues and come out stronger. Highly recommended reading.

Short, emotional, and beautifully atmospheric.

Stay With Me is a heartfelt novella that brings together two broken souls in the most unexpected way.

Lila is heartbroken but determined to start over. Her journey takes a turn when she crashes in the snow, both literally and emotionally, and is rescued by Cade, a man living in total isolation.

Cade is haunted by tragedy and has shut the world out. He doesn’t want company, and he certainly doesn’t want to feel. But Lila’s sudden presence begins to thaw the ice around his heart, and maybe she’s exactly what he needs to start living again.

What makes this story shine is its simplicity: short, yet rich with emotion, intimacy, and quiet hope.

Lila’s fresh start becomes Cade’s, too.

A gentle reminder that sometimes healing finds us when we least expect it.

It’s a fast and sweet short story. The two characters are both running from their feelings for different reasons but they can’t run from what they feel for each other.

It was a nice read, I enjoyed it!
